My approach to growth and the environment rests on evidence-based decision-making: voting based on research, weighing diverse perspectives, and keeping Whistler’s long-term well-being front and centre — while championing the environment alongside renters, workers, and small businesses.
On development, I recognize that Whistler will likely need greater density given its limited land base, but I believe each proposal deserves individual, case-by-case assessment rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
I take a similarly careful approach to wildfire policy. Rather than claiming expertise I don’t have, I’m willing to admit what I don’t know — and I’m committed to relying on research and expert advice, while staying genuinely open to residents’ ideas.
