Thinking regionally about how we get around
I recognize that Whistler’s transportation challenges don’t stop at the municipal border. I support regional transit that connects Whistler with neighbouring communities, while acknowledging that highway improvements ultimately fall to the province.
We need to think about transit at a regional scale — which means lobbying the province and allocating resources toward those connections, not just focusing on what happens inside Whistler’s own boundaries.

I support affordable, comfortable transit within Whistler, and I’d like to bring stakeholders together to explore safer, more accessible nighttime options for our many shift workers.
It’s a theme that runs through my whole platform: by bringing people into the process and being honest about where municipal power has real limits, everyone in our community can increase the genuine agency they have in shaping positive outcomes for Whistler as a whole.
